Pccyber.ca

$567+taxes( 7% +7.5 %), +3 % credit card charge, + 26 $ shipping = $702.

Yeaaah cost a lot, a few store advertise 6800gt card at like $529, but dont have stocks, just advertising. This store was the only one who was having it in stock.

Email em first to confirm they still got stock.Maybe now they have the BFG,but when i call, they were only having left XFX and MSI.

Ok my card, when i check the temperature, is at 54/40 when not playing game, and when after playign doom 3 for like 20 minutes, its at 68/52

At those temps, Ya I would'nt even overclcok past that... the GT stock HSF is not made to dissapate the kind of heat generated by OCing or ultra/ultra extreme speeds. Take a look at the huge difference in coolers between these models. I guess that's why I went watercooling ages ago, to ward off any temp concerns along with noise, and see what chips are capable of. BFG specs for stock not for overclcoking. Either get and aftermarket HSF or something else if you intend to do so. IMO.

I'm desperately trying to find out if the XFX Geforce 6800GT from Buy.com (with Doom III) is the Dual DVI version. The SKU says it is (AUD rather than AUA) but the photo indicates otherwise. Anyone know? They have a 5% coupon, so it comes out to $380, which I'd go for... if it's Dual DVI. Thanks!

Done... purchased... delivered. Yes, it is Dual DVI, and comes with about 4 games including Doom III... only took a day to ship, even with free/budget shipping!
