Right from my Garmin. What did your month look like?
I have just started running again and started to tapper cycling. Hard to run in Florida in the heat and humidity.
I hope to start to get my times down on the running in a few weeks time.

sorry bro... I lift... and make gainz!

Nothing wrong with lifting. I just don't like to be stuck in one place.

My gainz are just different then yours. Both lifting and cardio have goals behind them.

it is just the way it pulled in from csv. it's X minutes X seconds and X milsec. if it is longer then 1hr the milsec gets dropped.

Good question for Garmin. I simply pulled it from the website into a CSV, into excel. I only use the Garmin training center. It does not have that field. See below image of training center. The Web has it though.
It was just easier to get a one month block exported out of the web version.

Mine were similar to yours, but very different... I did my last triathlon for the year this month. So, I had some swim, a little biking, and lots of running. I went to the gym a few times as well. But, the gym didn't log on my sports-tracker app.

I'm not sure that I'll ever sign up for another triathlon in October. It ended up being a VERY cold morning and the water was so rough that they shortened the swim (they could even get the sighting buoys out). They made a bunch of announcements that anyone could switch from the triathlon to a duathlon (eliminate the swim) without any problems. I stuck it out and froze. Bad idea, but I learned from it.

Can I ask what Garmin you use? A friend suggested anything in the 900 series as the are designed for triathletes. I was looking at the 920 with HRM for $500. But, I wanted to research it a bit further and try and get feedback from someone who owns one. As it ends up, I'm buying a Cervelo P3, so I'm gonna be tight on cash for a while.

FWIW: I'm a faster runner, but you're a faster rider.

garmin 310

I have done some tri's they are a lot of fun. Mostly Olympic distance. The 310 is water proof but you still have to put it in your swim cap otherwise the gps can't pick anything up. My running went down hill over the last year as I only cycled. I was at about a 8min flat per mile before that. Working on getting that back down along with long cycles on the weekend to keep my cycling time the same.
