Apple.

Have AAS in Unix Admin, working on BS in MIS and then onto MBA. I have done helpdesk, desktop, and field tech support. I was also an account manager for a short time, and was a licensed broker for awhile. I really need to settle into one field :)

I got a high school diploma and my CCNA and PACE (soldering) certifications.

I'm working with some other high school grads for the local school district. Our job is to blow dust out of computers and run windows update on them. Not bad for $7 an hour :D but we're all getting fired because of budget cuts :( It's cool though cause my brother got me another job working for the maintenance crew at the junior high :)

Next spring I'll have an networking/electronics associates degree plus my CCNP. Not sure what I'll do after that. I really don't want to go through any more school. Should I beef up my resume a little more? I see that a lot of you have bachelors degrees, but like I said, I really don't want any more school. I love learning new things, just not school.

I'm not restricting myself to network admin jobs (I just kinda fell into the Cisco stuff). I'm looking to do anything computer related. Hell, I'd gladly sit in a cubicle and enter numbers onto a screen. I just like "working" in general, and overall I have a really good work ethic. I also love playing with electronics and math/numbers, but I don't know specifically what I want to do as a career. I guess that's my problem :p

I don't want to get out of college and not be able to find a job. What are some hot computer skills in high demand right now that would make finding a job easier?

But my friend who graduated with the same degree as me just started as a financial analyst for JP Morgan. So maybe your future isn't completely dependent upon what your degree is in. I think it's a lot about how good you are at interviewing.

Hey, where did you go to college? Do you know what the difference between a BE and BS is, if any?

I graduated with a BS in IEOR (industrial engineering and operations research) and ended up getting a job in finance on wall street...
