I had barbecued chicken cooked to perfection on the grill. On the side were some glazed baby carrots and russet potatoes. Then of course there was the refried beans on the side which are always nice.
 
Soup, lol. Even though it's so nice and warm out, I still can't have solid foods after my wisdom tooth surgery. 🙁 Still swollen and my jaw barely opens enough to get in liquid food unless on my very good pain meds. 🙂
 
I don't know.
But it has black beans, chicken, green pepper, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, hot sauce, and spices
Just something I threw together.
 
Rack of lamb + Uncle Ben's Garden style rice (<-- the shiz there people) + baked carrots in italian + some other funky salad dressing + a bottle of riesling.
 
I just ordered sausage and pep. pizza for delivery from Papa John's. That's what I'm gonna have 🙂

Chicken etouffee. Made the roux from scratch and everything. Turned out pretty good if I do say so myself. 🙂
