What did you buy your significant other?

Short story:

Own a home, have newborn. Wife is 25. I'm 28. I bought her some stuff but nothing really for her.

Bought some stuff for hte baby that i'm giving my wife.

For her so far, a piece of decorative china. Micky and Mini in a teacup ($95).

I want to spend about $100-$200 on 4+ more gifts. A trip to Wal-Mart and the local mall yielding nothing. I need some ideas.

HELP ME!

PS: Jewelry is not a viable option.

Still trying to figure that out, myself. 🙁 Probably gonna be a few books and DVD's, and a trip to a spa.

Trip to the spa did cross my mind. Might have to look more into this idea.

You think you have problems... my girlfriend's birthday and Christmas are separated by a whole 9 days. And she'll rip my head off if I try to combine the two.

You could get her a cashmere sweater from Costco, a basket full of nice smelling bath stuff, anything she would have bought herself but won't now that she has a kid to focus on (perfume, books, whatever).

Not too shabby if you ask me! 😛

Tickets to a musical/live performance + dinner is always romantic..

I got my wife something like this last christmas. You can put your child's birthstone in there so your wife will probably appreciate it a little more. I also got her a GC to a local day spa right after she had the baby.

sorry, I didn't see your P.S. I guess you can disregard this message
