What did everyone get accomplished this weekend

washed my car. didnt wax cuz car needs to be clayed before i try waxing (otherwise horrible swirl marks will show again). cleaned the interior. polished the wheels and the exhaust tips. changed oil. played some CS - kicked ass (for a change). watched superbowl
 
Bought a car.
Mowed the front lawn.
Painted the back and gables of my house.
Placed the final aluminum post for the fence I'm putting up next weekend.
Smogged my other car.
Registered it at DMV.
Cleaned my office.

And I still spent the bulk of my time with my wife and daughter.

Next weekend, I'm

Doing masonry on about 40 feet of retaining wall.
Putting up 100 feet of fence panels.
Adding 8 inches of cellulose insulation to my attic.
Chopping what's left of the almond tree I cut down two weekends ago.
Mowing the backyard.
Doing paint touch-up on the back of the house.

And none of this includes work I'm doing on an Access front end for my parent's company and a play I'm writing. And, of course, I'll still be spending the bulk of my time with my wife and daughter.

If you don't believe me, feel free to come over and help.
 
I had my usual weekend

[*]Long training rides (4 hours Sat, 5 hours Sunday)

[*]Worked on yard

[*]Worked on house (painting and finish work on my new den)

[*]Bought new glasses frames

[*]Watched the StuporBowl
 
Went to the Zoo on Saturday (took about 120 pics on the new camera, none uploaded yet)
Installed a pencil sharpener onto my computer desk
Tracked down a copy of the B-52's first album
Washed/dried/folded about 5 loads of laundry

I'd help ya but I'm on the other side of the country. I have plenty of my own projects to do so you could have been called up from the reserves list. 😀

Nothing got me 🙁 I should have been studying , (CHEM AND CALC MIDTERMS wednesday and thursday) but i didnt. NOW ITS TIME TO CRAM EVERYCHANCE I Get! (plus i have all labs this week with reports due out the wing wang :'(
 
drove about 2000 miles

spent the nights at three different colleges with three different sets of friends having a blast with each

and top it off it was my bday on saturday.

as for anything that i could "accomplish" aside from having an awesome time i accomplished an awesome fatigue.
 

Planned to do:
  • Wash and vaccum out car
    Clean up utility room
    Shampoo carpets
    Update this month's budget
    Gather up old PC parts and sell in FS/FT
    Grill steaks for dinner

What I actually did:
  • Got my WoW character to lvl 29

🙁 That game is crack. Even my wife is addicted.
