What Dialer do you use

I liked the stock dialer on the nexus 6P but now that I have an LG V20 that's not an option. I've used Rocket dialer and don't like it. DW Dialer is ok. Now I'm on a search for a new dialer.

One feature that I want is that when you open the dialer the first screen you see is your favorites in nice big icons. Anybody know a good dialer?

hmmmmm. I searched dialer and the first result was a free one Editors Choice called Drupe. Not bad so far. Opens to favorites.

What was the default on the Nexus? I thought Hangout was? Or is this one of those where Google has like 4 different apps that all can do it?

I've just used the stock one on the Android phones I've had (Note 3, V10). I used Hangouts as the default messaging app for a bit, but after Google has screwed with it so much there's no way I'm going to trust locking into it only to have Google arbitrarily remove some feature that I got used to using.

Stock Android one. I don't have any complaints really that I can think of. It has contacts, favorites, recents; basically all I need.

I'm using DW Dialer now. I purchased it years back and liked it. So far between Drupe and DW I am on the fence. I've been using drupe for over a week, just started DW Dialer a couple days back so I'll give it a bit.

I use the TW dialer. I haven't found an add-on dialer that's anywhere near as fluid or good as it. It opens to whichever tab (recents or contacts) that you had open last.

I use the stock (Samsung) dialer for Verizon. Was using Hangouts for google voice number but now that's out the window.
Since I don't make many calls, makes very little difference to me.
