I've been having an argument with my girlfriend about this, wanted to see what AT users think.

I say people are defined by thier actions, my gf thinks by words(what people say).

whadaya think?

It's not what you say or do that matters, but what you think. So, I guss I am saying that you are both wrong.

Both. Words are worth little without action (less than I would like them to be), but defining / judging a person based only on their actions, versus a combination therein, is simply stupid.
