I am trying desperately to resist the urge to buy a Panasonic Lumix ZR3, I am slowly losing this battle though. I would pull the trigger if I had ANY use for a digital camera, but I don't.

Otherwise just buying gifts for others, no particular deals though. the 30% off coupon code B&N sent like like 80 times doesn't work with ANYTHING I have tried so that made me kind of mad. Pretty much normal shopping though, certainly no door-busters or that nonsense.

Nothing. I have a decent amount of disposable cash this winter season and only see shit items. The stuff that does interest me is the same price all year long.

I was going to pick up a Blu Ray player at Wal-Mart... until i went Monday, and saw everything in the Black Friday ad, already on the floor.. for a little cheaper price.

Got the $99 Black Friday Blu-Ray Player for $94.

Go Me.. Saved $5

Well, I hadn't planned on it, but when I went to use my tv today, it had gone on the fritz!

It's almost 4 years old, and honestly, I'd been looking for an excuse to replace it, but didn't want to pull the trigger until I had to. So this was the perfect excuse!! :whiste:

Picked up a nice 42" LG on sale at Newegg for $500. Maybe not the best in the world, but it's more than enough for what I'll need.

TVs used to last 10+ years easily and were usually only replaced because Newer Models were much improved.

Doesn't look like I'll get anything. I've already got all the electronics I want. Not really excited by clothing deals. The only other things I could really think of are housewares (dishes, pots and pans) or large appliances, but I don't really need either.

M-Audio USB studio microphone $50, normally $100, I hate crowds but half off of a nice USB condenser mic's too good of a deal to pass up.

I am considering buying a 42" 1080P Plasma TV for about $318 after tax. It's tempting. I already know what the TV looks like, etc... my parents bought one this week. (No clue how much, I'll pass on knowing.)

So... yeah... right now it's just a matter of saying, "Is this a practical thing to own?" I don't think it is. So it's really troubling.

I think I am going to downtown later tonight to be the first for that 50% off hooker deal. You don't want to be the last one if you know what I mean... ;)

Well...according to BlackFriday ad sites, Target has the Westinghouse 40-inch 1080p 60Hz LCD HDTV on sale for $298.99 on Black Friday.

Alot of review sites are giving it a "you get what you pay for" kind of review.. so take it for what it's worth.

OP said a 42". Unless it's a local mom-and-pop electronics store I've seen no such deal.
