What DC project do you mainly run

Yeah, i just don't have enough computers 😉 I want to run a folding machine and a seti machine, but i don't want to fall in my ud standings 😀

The main project I'm into right now is ECCp-109 with the following rigs:

1x Athlon XP 1700+ (24h/7d)
1x Athlon Thunderbird 1.33 GHz (only when I'm @ home)
5x PIII 800 (2x 24h/7d the rest during business hours)
1x Dual Celeron 500 (24h/7d)

I'm also running in Folding@Home with only a 24h/7d PIII 800

😀

Let's see, I have:

17 SETI clients on various HP and Sun servers
1 ECCp on PIII 450
1 ECCp on XP 1800+ (o'clocked to 1.6 GHz)
1 ECCp on K6-2 380
1 UD on PIII 450
1 UD on XP 1800+ (@ 1.6 GHz)
1 UD on K6-2 380

Coming online soon: dual XP-1800+, both to be o'clocked as much as possible 🙂

...hmmm...

...that's a very good question...

Here's one answer:

ECCP

This project is an effort to solve Certicom's ECCp-109 Challenge. Certicom issued a series of challenges to test the security of elliptic curve cryptography algorithms against current distributed computing power. The project is rather small compared to other DC projects, so it doesn't take much computing power for a member to gain a high ranking. Currently, Team AnandTech is in a heated battle for 2nd place in the world. So we cordially invite you to help us reach #1!

If that isn't enough incentive, the two people who find the solution each win USD $1000. Everyone who participates will help set a new computing world record!

😀

Seti on:

My machines:
Athlon 1.0 @ 1.467GHz
Dual Celeron 400 @ 433 (at the moment, will try and o/c more soon)
Friend's machines:
Athlon 1.2GHz
Duron 750
P3 600

Genome @ home on
K6 233MHz

Voted Seti as that's the main one 🙂

I seem to have trouble with committment, as usual. 😉 Edit: I guess I'll enumerate them:

SETI:
Athlon 800 0-16x

RC5:
Athlon 800 1x
Celery 667 (at times)
PII-400 (at times)

ECCp:
PII-400 (at times)

F@H:
PII-400 (at times)
Athlon 800 0-16x (maybe in the future)

Proth:
Pentium 200mmx (at times)
[various other machines, at times]

As you can see, my PII jumps around. Currently I'm deciding between ECCP and F@H on that machine, and I may migrate the Wildnet to F@H at some point.

I guess I'll vote SETI, but that may change. 🙂

SETI for me

I'd crack for a few projects, but I like having big output, so I just leave my machines on one 🙂

SETI...
although I ran RC5 for a while way back when... I switched to SETI cause my 2 other buddies were running RC5 too and I wanted something different.

now everyone prefers SETI..

oh well! 🙂

I run SETI mainly. I also have some RC5 clients out there somewhere. I am going to put F@Home on some of my work computers sometime soon to help the F@H TeAm get to #1. 🙂

I do Folding@Home on my main rig (Duron 800), and ECCp on the other one (Celeron 500). Thus I voted F@H, because I have more processor power in that one. 🙂
