i use the word nef in 3 ways:

1) the action e.g. "i'm feeling a bit down and need some laughs. think i'll nef." for me it's a good way to unwind and unwind from a tough day--keeping the posts light and unserious.

2) nickname e.g. "so-and-so is such a nef" a few posters come to mind.

3) the content (what can be defined as such) (my criteria would be something that is pointless, useless, or something lighthearted)
