3200+
6600gt(for now)
1 gig muskin value ram
xdreamer2 case
enermax wisper 2.0 535w sli ready psu
5 case fans

keepin existing
80gb hdd and 160 exermal, dvd-rom, cd-rw, floppy.

will be gietting
2*250 16 mb cache drives
2 nec dvd burner

Be careful with your mem decision and do some research. Alot of mobo's can run 512x2 with a 1T comand rate, but if you add 2 sticks and go 512x4 then they only run with a 2T comand rate and you take a severe performane hit. Make sure that whatever mobo/ram config you get now, and plan to upgrade too in the future will both support a 1T comand rate. Also alot of 1Gx2 mem configs only support 2T comand rate. Also alot of mobo's will force you to run ram at 333 instead of 400 if you use 4 sticks of double sided ram.

I saw about a 12% increase in encoding speed after I OCed from 2.2 to 2.22.

ok thanks im thinking im gonna go with the 3500 becuase i have found some parts for cheaper and can now afford it
