What CPU cooler for O/C?

Hello,
I am really not sure on the CPU cooler for a E8400.
I want to reach an O/C of about 3.6-4.0ghz.
Can i reach this on stock intel cooler?
If not what sort of cooler would be good to have a look at?

See what you are idling at first if you can. If not, stock is probably good up to 3.5/6, youll need at least a AC Freezer 7 Pro for 3.6-4ghz.

Would the artic freezer 7 pro allow me to get to 3.8/4.0ghz?

It did for me. Do you have this chip already? What stepping is it?

I was limited by voltage (1.4v max) not temps.

Im just planning it ahead for a Custom build.
