what court is higher than the US Supreme Court?

OutHouse

Lifer
anyone know?

ok since none of you are getting it, ill tell ya.

On the fourth floor of the The Supreme Court building they have a Court gym, including a basketball court and it is referred to jokingly as "the highest court in the land."

The people of the United States.

The 2nd amendment gives us the ability to overturn any supreme court decision we choose.

The Court of Public Opinion since even the Supreme Court listens to it while vigorously denying they do any such thing.

article 5, but that isn't a court. i have to wonder, if the Court was unwilling to create constitutional rights out of thin air, if article 5 would be used more often?

better answer

we can amend the constitution, so if the SCOTUS does something that a super majority of the peoples disagrees with, then we can amend the constitution

but technically, that isn't a "court", so it depends on the intent of the wording of the OP

In my head I'm picturing Antonin Scalia getting rejected by Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
