What cooling for P3 700e O/C'ed?

With the retail HS/FAN I can easily get it to 933 but I want higher, 1ghz.

Im really into water cooling Id like to do that but is it better than a HS/FAN? If I did go the water route should I get a peltier along with it and would that eliminate the need for a heatsink?

what temp is it running at with the intel hs/fan...? i'm getting about and over 50 degrees celcius..i know i know way too hot....but my mobo is running at 26 degrees. anyways here's a couple of good posts about it

I'm running my 700e@1002 using an Alpha PEP66 and aluminum based thermal paste. My CPU temp rarely exceeds 40+ degrees.

hmmm, just figured out that rc5 was the thing making my cpu hot...very hot. its dropping rapidly since i turned it off and has actually dropped below 40 degrees celcius. i guess i have to wait till i get my alpha to run rc5.
