What Cooling Fan Should i get?

i just recently upgraded my PC. Here are the specs:

KG7-RAID
900 Mhz Athlon Thunderbird
20 Gig. IBM Deskstar
16x Burner
52x CD-rom
Geforce 2- made by 3D Prophet
SB live 5.1
256 Megs of PC 2100 DDR Reg.-- Crucial

It runs really wierd with Win. XP and always says in the Performance window that it is almost a full usage. It slows up some times and i'm trying to fix that problem. (i'm switching to ME this weekend i like better than XP) It also gets pretty warm.


So to get to the poin i need a cooling fan that is in budget range of $30 that will cool my sucka down. (and i want one that is somewhat quiet.)

I would go with a GlobalWin, or Vantec. I have liked those in the past.
It's probably a matter of preference.

I know that UtahPC had Fortis fans on clearance sale, like $15 for a $30 fan. They are going out of business. You can e-mail Sales@utahpc.com to see if they have any left. I got a few from there a few weeks back. Very good deal! Their site still has lots of information on the fans.
