What cooling and and PSU needed for this OC?

Hello,

Currently I have:
Intel i7-3770k
Intel dz77GA mobo
ASUS GeForce 550ti OC
6gb DDR3
500w psu

I am using a Coolermaster HAF XB so room is not a problem.

Everything is on default settings and my PC runs extremely hot under high intensity games especially while in 25 man+ groups in raids such as FFXIV.
I have been considering doing liquid cooling but what PSU would I need if:
If I were to OC my i7-3770k to say 4.5 - 4.7 ghz and run dual 550ti SLI what PSU would I need and what liquid cooling would you suggest?
