Man, I dunno... I am so sick of Alaska anyways. My father went out of business from a direct act of the Alaska Regulatory Commission keeping AT&T Alascom a regulated company. This law may severely hinders a custody fight. Her lawyer will undoubtably push hard on this. Not to mention it is so expensive to live here anyways.
She claimed that the slap (which was a hard one I'll admit) affected her hearing in her right ear since that is where I slapped her. She regained full hearing in 3 days... her future attourney can probably put up a good arguement that that it was a serious physical injury... even though she fully recovered in a few short days.
As for the other part, I have no sweats there.
