What constitutes an 'excellent' credit score?

Experian shows my credit score to be 775 which Citibank credit monitoring labels as 'Good'. Did the rules change recently in terms of what is good and what is excellent?

It could be a FAKO score which is an inflated number compared to FICO. 775 is definitely top tier FICO.
