What computer to buy that has open gl 4.0 intergraded

My budget is $200, i want a computer that has anything above opengl 3.3 on it, right out of the box. with windows 7 operating system. Dinosuar or not, those two things are all\\\ all i care about. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you for your time.

What exactly is telling you that you need "open gl 4.0 integrated"? A game? Is this a spinoff of the thread where you were trying to upgrade your old emachines computer?

Actually, I would stay far, FAR away from intel.
Worst drivers EVER.
You are far better off getting a GPU from either nvidia or AMD (or I suppose AMD APU's) and handle it that way.
I would be looking for a card that support both Vulkan & OpenGL, which means any nvidia card 900 series or higher, or AMD card 380 series or higher.
