What computer security do YOU use at home?

With the spread of the worm this week and all that, I wonder if most people use some sort of computer security, and if you do, what do you use?

(Antivirus, firewall, full internet security suite? And which one do you use?)

I personnally use an old version of McAfee Antivirus with ZoneAlarm firewall, but I was thinking of maybe going to get a full, up to date suite (McAfee or Norton's)

I don't have a firewall, and I don't have a virus scanner on this system (which is networked through our HPNA line to my parents system). They have a free virus scanner - that's it. AFAIK, I haven't gotten any viruses 😉

Well, for the desktops, hardware router/firewall and norton antivirus on each computer. For the two portables, laptop and tablet pc, wireless firewall/router and some other Antivirus thing..

Oh yeah, all the latest updates, hehe

All my desktops are own my home network which is supplied by a hardware router/firewall. Then on my windows systems I have Zone Alarm Pro as well. This system I just run Linux and don't have anything else.

hardware router with firewall features and AVG installed on all computers. Used to use zone alarm but since we haven't had any problems, it's currently disabled. And I keep the computers patched regularly.

Zone Alarm & AVG Anti Virus for a few PCs. The others are behind a NAT with a linux firewall and AVG loaded up on them as well.

It's all a conspiracy! How do you think Norton stays in business? He has a separate group within the company that releases all these viruses! Then he releases the program or updates to it to counter it! Very smart indeed.
