None that I can recall, I don't skimp on cases - though I'd guess my deteriorating vision is due to spending too much time in front of a monitor.

the normal nicks and scratches. The worse are always when a cable is "stuck" and you pull so hard that it comes loose easier than expected and you smash your hand on whatever is behind it.
arghh I've smacked my knuckles on the case many a time trying to pull stubborn cables out.

Multiple scrapes from high speed fans. I suppose the worst thing was when I had a dell stripped down. The "removable hard drive bay thing that opens out so you can put drives in easier," was sitting on my floor...and it was dark. Anyway, I kind of sort of stepped right in it, took a chunk right out of my heel. and then it started bleeding and everything and I was like ******, bleed in the case or on the carpet. So yeah, I had a rather noticeable mark for the next year.

Had to ampute my arm after a CD-R broke in the drive, shattered, lodged in my bicep and got infected.

Taking a client's computer out to the car last week. i had it high up in front of me blocking my view down, and forgot about the frozen snow berm.
I tripped over that brick and fell headlong into the carport, bouncing off my wife's car and the ground at the same time. Luckily, I did not hurt the car, but I had a nice square bruise and cut on my head from the case:p
