What Computer Hardware Does Your College/University/Work use?

I've sadly got the fastest machine in the office.

3.0Ghz P4 (PrescHOT! This machine is a space heater in disguise!!)
Integrated graphics (don't need anything better thankfully)
2GB DDR2 (self supplied from an old personal build. had 512MB when I got it)
40GB WD400BD (this is the real drain!)
Win XP Pro (outdated but works. I'd actually prefer Vista if I had better hardware).

Pretty much this exactly.

40GB HDD, but I managed to grab an extra 250GB HDD as a secondary drive later

It gets the job done, so it's fine even if it's old. Having a C2D would be nice, but I don't do anything that requires more power really.

This is a big upgrade over my previous computer, though, which I used up to about a few months ago or so.

I could open Firefox or IE but not both for a while.
