I've always purchase Evga cards when it comes to Nvidia chipsets, but now I'm looking to purchase my 1st ATi card. What ATi company offers good performance, good warranty, quality, and compatibility with after market cooler? Thanks

I don't know of any that offer compatibility with after market coolers, but I've never had problems with Visiontek and Diamond in the past. HIS may actually have something with after market coolers, so perhaps someone who knows more about them can provide more info. I know Sapphire is fairly commonplace but my personal experiences is that their quality is suspect - most of the ones I've had the 'pleasure' of using/seeing have had some sort of problem with them physically, but I've also known some people that have perfectly good ones; YMMV.

All cards on the market right now are ATI reference design, it should be sometime this week or in a few weeks that 2nd party coolers will be installed.

I like Sapphire. Had a x1900gt and the bios chip went belly up. They sent me a new card right away. No problem. I was using Accelero and they said just put the stock parts back on. I like that. No nonsense.
