Cingular... I've been getting screwed ever since they merged w/ ATT. Billing problems, reception problems, horrible customer service, and worst of all... when they forced me to switch to a cingular sim from my ATT one they renewed my plan so it went back up to 2 yrs without them letting me know! I should be done by now but I still have another year after this!

there's this store in my town called Theisens. It's a small chain store for farmers and folks that I like to call "horse fvckers". For quite a white, it was the only hardware type store in town. But it never failed, with all the crap they had there, they NEVER had the one thing that I would be looking for when doing the plumbing or electrical for my house. Plus, there are alot of "horse fvckers" there.

Sh!t List: Best Buy: A service guy tried to sucker my family into over-paying on about 8 items Wal-Mart: Read everyone else, and add that every time we go in, we almost get hit by a person with a cart. Toys R Us: Nuff said there...

Good List: EB Games: The manager always gives me a credit or sumthin like that... Any local computer store in my area, and any food joint except the Golden Arches( dont even want to get me started on them... :| :| :| )

HP/Compuke - horrible customer service under warranty
Sony - won't honor warranty, won't support authorized repairmen
Sharp - stupid distribution channels. Shouldn't take 4 months to get a TV tube.
Dish Network - lousy customer service. Constantly replacing receivers.

Any company that attempts rip-offs through rebates. Just sell it at that price, dagnabit!

But I hated how I misshipped one of my packages and they returned it without even a chance to contact them because I have to EMAIL and I couldn't call at all. fvckers.. it was a $25 HL2 Collectors Edition too. How do you expect me to get another deal like that if you're going to kill my order because Fedex tried ONCE and got rejected...

Me: no
Her: your primary doctor has to refer you to us
me: But I KNOW its an eye infection and i will have to go to this doctor
her: you have to be referred
me(thinking): this is fvcking bullshit
me: ok thanks (hangs up)

Call general doctor:
me: I'd like to make an appointment
her: your id number blha blah address phone other unnecessary sh!t
me: blah blah....
her: what is the appointment for?
me: i have an eye infection
her: what time?
me: asap
her: sorry - your primary doctor has left kaiser? you will have to setup a primary doctor first?
me (Thinking): WTFBBQ?
me: ok - can you do that?
her: not right now
me (Thinking): WTFBBQ?
me: how do i set up a primary doctor then
her: you have to call us

Just drop in at their Urgent Care. The co-pay will be the same as a doctor's visit and you will be seen and treated right away, and referred if necessary.
You just have to know how to work the system with Kaiser.


The top of my sh!tlist right now is overstock.com, the company that ships your item to someone else (with my correct address and confirmation of the wrong address that they shipped to right there in their system), and they refuse to make good on it in anyway (the CSR actually blamed me for their obvious screw-up). I was forced to dispute the charges with my credit card provider (which was successful). They have lost my business forever.

There are others, like Best Buy and Qwest, who I hate for their poor customer service.

El Torito: The food isn't even remotely mexican. i get better Mexican food by microwaving a frozen burrito.

Compusa: 15% restocking fee my BUTT... They can't even fix the computer I sent in (we paid $400, this was before I built a computer)
Best Buy: They ask you to buy everything omfg. I ask a BB guy a question, he snaps at me.

there's only 1 walmart near me, so its pretty darn far too... So I don't shop there.


Costco btw has the best customer support and return... Some woman brought back strawberrys because they molded 1 week after she bought em, and they refunded her.
