TSMC will have 28nm too, but they seem to be 3-6 months behind GF at this time. I strongly believe future ATI GPUs will use GF 28nm process. NV might stick with TMSC.

The fact GF is 3-6 months ahead of TMSC is definitely a good thing as far as competition goes.

Having both graphics cards companies going through the same semi-conductor manufacturer doesn't help pricing.
