What color for fans?

I'm putting together the parts list for my friend's computer and he is going to use the Antec Lanboy case. Should I use a blue LED fan or a white LED fan? Also, each fans has four LEDS.

Examples: Blue White

Also, how loud will these two 25db fans make it? I don't think it really needs more than one case fan but it should make it look better with the window.

One more question, the PSU has blue LED's, so should I get white LED fans or blue LED fans and what color Cold Cathode should I get for it?

blue... i like them all macthing. those fans shouldn't be loud at all.

get coolermaster uv led fans, better then some generic led fans.

yea rifle bearings do seem slightly quieter. and the build quality just beats the generic fans...generic ones have ugly tape bands around the middle.. ick.
