what clock speed should the Radeon 8500 (retail) be running at?

i have a retail card and its running at 250/250 according to powerstrip i thought i read that its supposed to be higher
 
If the board is made by ATi it should be 275/275. If it is made by a 3rd paty vendor, then it is 250/250, same as ATi OEM.
