Just two, currently in my second of two evaluation quarters before I re-enroll fulltime:
HIST392-- Historical Background of the Arab-Israeli Conflict. Awesome class so far, it's interesting to learn more about the history of both sides, and how it relates to the current situation.
GEOG312-- Geography of Chicago. Cool because I need to learn all the things I've always wanted to about Chicago,

If you can, try to get Bowman for ENGR 141, Pope for PHYS 122 and Staufeneger for MTHSC 108. I haven't taken ENGR 141 yet, but I've heard Bowman is the guy you want to teach you that class. As far as Pope and Staufeneger are concerned, I really enjoyed both of their classes and thought they presented the material very well.
I'm currently taking the following at my community college:
MAT 240-Calculus 3
MAT 242-Differential Equations
CPT 114-Computers and Programming
GEO 102-World Geography
However, I'll be transferring back to Clemson this summer and taking:
Summer I:
ECE 201
ECE 202
ECE 211
PHYS 221
Summer II:
ECE 262
ECE 212
ECE 272

Northwestern. If you're still deciding on where to go after JuCo, I would give it a consideration. Their night school program is awesome. Both of my professors this term literally "wrote the book" on their respective fields. Same campus/professors/education as regular NU undergrad without the competitive entrance requirements. Cost is a little less, and the course catalog is a little restricted, I think, but I felt it was a better choice than a city/state college.

I'm going to NIU starting in the summer, mostly for the ROTC program.

Yes, so my state school is free anyways. But I want to go back active duty.
