Depends on how its cooked. Usually mine are DRIPPING with grease on everything so it's all fairly bad. Oh and the "steak" is Steak-ums so I'm not counting on that being exactly healthy ;)

Oh no question about that, but all my requests for our cafeteria to start using PR/sirloin without increasing prices have been rejected :(

I usually eat them at work, and not whem I am out with friends or whatever.

Edit: hell I would be fine paying more if they did PR/Sirloin

Definitely provolone... There's been places I've gone to in philly that do nothing but the wiz and unfortunately I have to pass.

There's only one way to order Cheesesteaks: "Whiz, wit." Whiz being with cheese whiz and wit being with onions. Don't freaking out when you hear the term cheese whiz. It doesnt come from an aersol can. Its really good stuff and its the best way to eat cheesesteaks.

Depends.

If I'm going for Philly style, chopped with green peppers and onions, I go with white american.

If I'm just putting some Steak Um's on a roll, I try to pull off a pseudo Black and Blue and use blue cheese.
