In 2004 I want these things done.

Finish Paramedic school
Finish remodeling my home
Get in better shape (New Years Resolution ;))
I've been talking to this girl, hopefully a relationship will spark
Get a nice used truck, maybe even a new one.

So what about everyone else? Anybody really looking foward to the new year?

peace

I see 2 things happening to me in 2004....

1. Getting in better shape.
2. Getting engaged.

Number 2 is quite a bit more life changing than the first, but I will embrace both with open arms :D.

For the two semesters that I will attend school I want to accomplish getting straight As, or a 4.0 GPA each semester.

I expect nothing.

I plan, however, to work my ass off, get a pair of tits, and get a nice job while getting A's @ college

I'm getting married. Other than having a ring on my finger and a few tax changes... nothing will be different. We already have a house together.. but still... this wedding planning stuff is a big deal.

well, #1 will extend your natural lifetime, but #2 balances it out quite well.

I plan to get a year older.

and for bleeb and OIKOS - you've both been here 3 years and ~9 months, with 1,800 and 333 posts per year, respectively. You're not going to become lifers. :)

Probably get engaged.
Hopefully win a championship racing.
new job

oh, and I also plan on being as bad as I know I can be
Giving it as good as I get it.
Taking a thorn out of some cat's paw.
Building a shrine to my own bad ass.
Giving the demons what for.
Releasing a dove from a ghetto rooftop.
Cradling a newborn baby in the ruins of a church.
Stickin it to all the suckas.
Oh, and taking a computer class.

And I expect to start teaching.

Start teaching how to get laid?

LOL! :p Sad part is, a lot of people on this board would probably sign up for the class. Fortunately, I won't be one of them. This is one goal that I have already accomplished

As for real goals: I'd like to graduate from college, get some sort of job (working @ target does not count as a "real" job), and possibly move out. That last one is iffy, though. I'd love to get engaged, as several others here have planned, but we both have a lot of things to take care of before we can consider that. Maybe next year.

EDIT: I'd like to get a better, more reliable vehicle, too - maybe a small truck or SUV. Something that I'm not scared to drive any more than between home and school.
