What CD do you have in your collection that you would not part with? I know there has to be some albums that you think are must-have's.

For me, it's Everything But The Girl -- Amplified Heart.

I'm thinkin (no particular order, assuming "Greatest Hits" are OK):

Rolling Stones - 40 Licks
Cheap Trick - At Budokan (I want YOU...to want...ME! :p)
Peter Frampton - Frampton Comes Alive
Led Zeppelin - II or IV (more IV than II, tho)
CCR - Chronicle I
Jimi Hendrix - Greatest Hits
Van Halen - Van Halen
AC/DC - Back in Black
Miles Davis - Kind of Blue (if you own only one jazz album, make it this one)

and in Alabama...
Lynyrd Skynyrd's Greatest Hits :D

Fleetwood Mac - Rumours
Came out in 1977, but remains the 9th best selling album of all time selling only slightly behind the Beatle's White Album.

These questions can never be answered because it's like asking "Did something always have to exist or could there have been just nothing?" OK, it's not that bad.

The Beach Boys - Pet Sounds
Talk Talk - Spirit of Eden
Marvin Gaye - What's Going On?
Bruce Springsteen - Born To Run
