I use Nero for general burning and diskjuggler, but looking for one better. nero is too much of a resourse hog.
i have heard bout clone cd and adaptec, but dont know if there any good,

so what you guys use?

If you think Nero is a resource hog, stay FAR away from Adaptec products!

Some people will notice that Nero uses 80 MB when burning. It creates a buffer in unused physical memory which is a good feature.

I use Nero for CD and DVD creation.

Cheers!

Sony CD Exterme
Veritas Recordnow
Nero Burning ROM
Roxio Ez CD(ugh :disgust: )

Nero is good and very easy to use, use it to burn DVD's.

Recordnow is good for audio cds since for some reason ,the song names display in my car mp3 player whereas they dont if burnt with any other software.

CD extreme is very good for normal files as it also very simple and not bloated at all. I have used it for more than a year and have no plans to let go off it.

Nero. I just got NeroVision Express for my DVD/VCD needs. Hopefully will make creating those discs easy (menus, titles, etc.)

nero
disc juggler
cdrwin
clone cd
adaptec ez cd creator
windows xp built-in burner

i'm too lazy to convert formats, so i use them all depending on what format i download the image in. 🙂

Depends on the situation.

For general file burning . Easy Cd works just fine. (it's bad rap comes from the past. Roxio's latest product works just fine.)
For CD copying I use Alcohol 120% or Clone CD

Nero for general stuff, Fireburner for ISOs, Stomp RecordNow MAX for all DVD-Rs (much greater compability).

NERO is the least reasource hoging program I know especialy considering the features. Make sure you have DMA enabled on your CDR(W) as that may significanly reduce performance while burning.
