What card should I get

I saw 2 refurb 9600XT (the ones I want) on NewEgg and I want your opinion on which one is better, in terms if I ever when to do a vmod or any other mod, right now I think the sapphire is better, also when I'm getting this I will get an Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer REV.3, also should I get some arctic silver 5 and if which one (there's a couple ceramic etc.) or should I save up and just buy the cheap one if it isn't much of a difference.

P.S. I have 200watt PSU in my system right now, just because it was there when I purchased the HP, so would it provide enough power, this is what I?m running, P4 2.0 GHz, 2 X 256MB SDRAM, 1 X 250 Gig IDE WD 8MB cache, 2 X 80mm fans. 1 DVD-Player, 1 CD-RW writer (I can disconnect both the drives because I don't use them often)

[EDIT]: I'm pretty sure my old mobo only supports 20 pin connection, and I don't lknow if this comes with an adapter, also if you know a better power supply for roughly the same money please post it, thanks

I don't want to spend too much right now for a 9700/9800PRO, I have $900 but I'm waiting to get more and to wait for pci-e on the AMD platform.

Dingdingdingding! The answer.

It is nuts to spend $106 on a used 9600 anything, + $32 for a Silencer, when you can get a used 9700 for $150 easily. 9600s are junk.

The saphire. They make the best ati cards. He did not ask us on advice for any card to get besides the 2 listed. If he wanted a 9700/9800, he would have asked.

Anyway I'm not going to buy any of those cards, but right now I got a grand (plus some money I can squeeze from my dad, I don't have a job, 14, arghh) and I'm thinking of getting this system when all the parts come out: AMD A64 3000+ S939 90nm, ATI X800XL PCI-E, 2X512MB pqi or G-Skill 2-2-2.5 memorey, some PC case, keeping my old 250GB WD IDE 8MBcache (it avrages around 52MB on benchs and I'm happy with that, when I get money I'l get some 2X74 GIG raptors or whatever is going to be available then, heard the ones with 16MB cache might come out, any thoughts?),XP-120 and with some arctic silver 5, pioneer 108, I don't know what nforce 4 mobo to get and I'm going to be waiting till the x800xl comes out anyway, and also what's the diff. b/t the nforce4 chip and the ultra one (don't care about sli chip).
So what do you think about the future setup?
