What card for a projector computer

Building a new projector computer with an ASUS P5K-E, E6850 chip, and 4 gig of ram. Will run two 17" monitors and 2 projectors off this computer. Need a video card that is stable and will not hang or crash. Also don't want anything loud, passive cooling would be nice. Will show mostly powerpoint presentatrions with some video presentations. Thinking 256 or 512 of ram would be good enough. Did I mention it needs to be STABLE. Would be willing to give up top of the line performance for stability.
