Mazda RX-8

its been on top gear and they liked it very very much. very easy car to drive fast and handles very well according to them, and its bloody fast round the top gear test track (faster than a M3)

RX-8 is $25K? Are you sure?

EDIT: it's only $25K if you get it with an auto :disgust:

toyota MR2 spyder, used. then a 2zzge and 6spd off ebay, lower comp pistons, stornger piston sleeves, bigger cc head, cat back exhaust, injen or aem intake and a custom turbo kit form your lockal mechanic for around 25k. my setup cost 22k(i did a lot of work myself) and i run 0-60 in 4.5 and 1/4 in 11.9 with awesome handling and convertible to boot.

Subaru Legacy GT
Ford Mustang GT
Mazda RX-8 (though it's a stretch to get a new one for under $25k)

Best car mentioned so far = 04 Nissan 350z
Rx8 is nice but overall speed & performance are lacking when comared to a 350z!

Are we talking 25K out the door? Brand new or used? Many of the cars listed are NOT $25k.

If you have a classic car shop around you, you can easily find a badass restored car for $25k. For $13k I was seeing late 60s Camaro SSs, with seemingly perfect rebuilt engines, new interiors, and great paintjobs. Not very practical but damn, there were some nice cars at the shop I went to.

A sporty looking used $17,000 car and $8,000 to save for investments or retirement.
Or is this a 17 year old getting 25k for a car and not being able to get any cash out of the deal?
