Look up eating disorders. From what I know, it's not very safe to handle this by yourself, you should take her to see a nutritionist or a professional.
Might not be too big a deal. I'm fairly skinny myself and will often eat very little for long periods of time. Only when I expell energy regularly will I pick up caloric intake. If you start noticing down like hairs and thinning of the skin and such then talk to her.
