I need to find a plugin or something that'll allow me to output an MPEG1 file from Adobe Premiere 6.0, anyone know anything that I can use?

What is it compressed in now? You can encode it to an AVI and then use TMPeg.
 
My source is MPEG1 rightnow.
Doesn't converting to AVI and then encoding that back to MPEG1 degrade the quality further?
