What can I eat my baby carrots with besides ranch dressing?

Raw! They are so sweet, I can eat them plain.

Anyways, ranch dressing is my favorite but there is also yogurt and artichoke dip as others suggested. My work makes an artichoke and spinach dip that is simply amazing. Go with anything with vegetables in it.
