What can I do with this guy's stuff?!?!

Short story-

Sister has 2-bedroom. Guy moves in for a couple weeks. Has a bunch of furniture. I sell my place. My sister and I want to move in together. Guy has no problem moving out his stuff (he hadn't stayed there for about a week).

It's been a week. No sign of guy. Guy's father said he will move it out yesterday, that changed to today. No sign of guy's father.

I leave for four days tomorrow night (late night). I have to be out of my place tomorrow. I cannot move my stuff in with guy's stuff still there.

Suggestions? Serious ones please. I'm really in a bind.

call the salvation army. they will come and get it. if guy wants it back, he can buy it back from the sal

I would love to do that, but the she lives in an apartment complex. I don't think it would fly.

call up guy's father pretending to be a lawyer, ramble on about how even though its not his stuff, he is responsible for it, and you'd rather not take legal action...blah de blah blah.

how much space does the stuff take up? The sal is a good idea, but even they are becoming picky about what they will take.
