What can I do with the broth?

Just cooked a Cornish Game Hen in the crockpot. I usually pour the broth out but I was thinking there might be something good I can make with it.

Ant ideas?

soup, gravy, save it for stock for flavoring other foods...

save it for flavoring. If you make rice, you can stir in a couple teaspoons of that stuff into cooked rice.

Pour the broth into ice cube trays and freeze. Then use it later when making soups/stews/gravies etc.
