What can I do with partially used CC gift cards?

I have an American Express gift card with "4.91" of funds left and a Visa gift card with "10.97" remaining

Is there any way I can like send those amounts to my PNC checking account?
Or should I just try to use them when I make a purchase near those amounts and forget about any small change (rather not worry about doing this)?

Thanks 🙂

Check if you can make partial payments for your utilities online with a credit card. Or buy Amazon.com gift certificates.

Most large or chain stores have the ability to make partial payments. Buy something then ask them to put that exact amount on the gift card.

This. I have done this at Best Buy more than once. It's not a big deal, but make sure you know the exact amount (heck, write it on a piece of paper beforehand) so you're not holding up the line.
