What can I do with a Sparcstation IPC machine?

I have a Sun IPC. In case you don't know what I'm talking about, an IPC is an old computer from the days of the 486, but it's not a PC, it's runs the Sun Ultrasparc processor and a Unix instead of x86 and DOS. It was considered better than 486 and was a whole lot more expensive.

More here.

Aside from doorstop duty, does anyone have any ideas on what to do with it? What OS (Solaris?), and what applications (internet services?) will run acceptably? Is there anything this machine is/was particularly good at?

Install Solaris 8.

Possible uses

1 Web server
2 DNS server
3 Mail Server
4 Firewall/Router [depending on number of ethernet ports]

Whats the Ram, HDD

I'm gonna fire it up and check on the RAM and such.

Firewall/Router [depending on number of ethernet ports]

I actually have a 4-port Sun fast ethernet card that I think will fit, but there might not be enough power to run it...
