What can I do with a Mobile P4 SL77N 2.8GHz/512K/533/1.525V/1.2V HT - would just any motherboard work

According to what information I could glean from Google, the existing CPU would be SL75J, 2.4GHz/256/400/1.3V.

(edited to correct spec #)
