Yeah, Sea World sucks. Stick with SD Zoo and/or Wild Animal Park. Not sure how Catalina is this time of the year tho.

Cineramadome (hollywood)
Grauman's Chinese (hollywood)

Good places to people-watch are Rodeo drive, 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, Venice Beach.

I liked Seaworld. It is amazing to me what they can teach fish to do.

I'm going out in May for E3 again....usually stay near Universal Studio's and hit citywalk at night, but I'm going to try and get out to Santa Monica this year....Sunset strip is nice too...have a buddy with a condo right on it!
