That looks like a photoshoped image of a 35mm film camera with the viewfinder from a variation of a medium format camera. Looks like a child of a rangefinder + TLR

if you look carefully at the shutter speed dial you can see the black circle with a wedge out of it, which is present in the photo in the OP

If she's really interested, lots of older SLRs had optional waist-level finders.

Nikon F2, for instance, would be a cheap way to get a camera like that.
