Go to a Indian Restaurant, and ask for Maggi Noodles. That stuff is good. Get the "masala" flavor.
I love Indian Food. Theres this indian restaurant in Atlanta that has an all you can eat buffet for like 9 dollars. IT'S AWESOME!!! It's a 4-star restaurant too. Called Haveli, and the buffet is only on the weekends in the afternoon.

I don't enjoy ramen noodles most of the time, but it sure is yummy when you are not feeling well and after a night of excessive drinking.

How much sodium is in those? How about msg? Usually that stuff has waaaay too much sodium...like 100% of the USRDA.

Right, I rarely eat it anymore because of the sodium. I don't think i've seen any with a reasonable amount of sodium

It's not about the ramen... It's all about what you add to it.. I add so many random things to make it taste different EVERY time.

Shin ramen that i was talking about above. spicy and good.

Ra-Udon i mentioned above too. more "expensive", but you should give it a try. noodles are not fried. the nutrition label says it's pretty low in fat too. also spicy.

I'm korean and I've never had Ra-Udon in my life
I should try it out.. is it new?
I've never come across it.. lol

goto an asian grocery store.

Shin-Ramen ("kimchee" ramen, i believe) is nice and spicy. it has a red packaging, so that might be the one you're referring to.

Many different types, try them to decide, but Shin Ramen tends to be pretty good

Dunno. The stuff I've been using recenty is distributed by HC Foods. Aside from that, the only English is on the nutrition sticker.
