You mean modular power supplies? There's the OCZ Modstream line as well as the Antec NeoPower and the Ultra X-Connect.

I have the Antec Neopower

it's very nice

But ... if Seasonic ever releases a modular PSU, I'm definitely going to replace my Neopower for that

seriously, i've heard all good about them. antecs are nice too, but if i went modular it would be the modstream
