LL Bean, like every other clone in my highschool.

Good backpack though, and a lifetime warranty I think.

Didn't have a backpack until college.

It was an Eddie Bauer. HS graduation gift.

Still use it as carry-on bag for flights. Quality bag.

From 7th grade through high school I had an LL Bean bag with my three-letter name stitched on the back. It was awesome but torn up and had broken zippers, so I replaced it with an Eddie Bauer backpack for college.

I had Eddie Bauer backpacks all through high school and college.

I would get about 2 years out of each one.

Jansports were the only "cool" backpack I was a kid. You had to have one with the suede leather bottom. They lasted pretty well and long as you didn't throw them around all the time. Still have my last one. The previous one had to be throw away because I wrote dumb band names all over it in junior high and was too embarrassed to wear it in high school. ;)

Mountain Equipment for both my bags. First was a regular backpack, second was a regular shoulder bag. Got rid of the latter after I found out that I couldn't walk down the street without seeing at least 3 people wearing it.
