What are your thoughts on censorship? For it or against it? Censorship anywhere, the media, tv, radio, magazines, books, internet, ...what do u think bout it is it going against what america was founded on?

People should be allowed material that is good for them and be kept from material that is bad for them. Nobody knows which is what.

OK, MB. Who is to define what is "good for them" and what is "bad for them"? The government? Some religous group of your choosing? Please explain.

well i can tell you its not mentaly good for a 3 year old to like watching movies about people getting killed...

That is why 3 year olds are restricted to g movies. Whether parents enforce careful TV viewing is their concern. This matter has been taken care of. Unless you care to suggest improvements to adolescent viewing, this topic should be brought back to censorship as a whole.

A major concern of mine, one that you have already mentioned, is internet censorship. It's not so bad now, but I expect that in the future large corperations will have an even greater investment in the internet. It is important to correct and define online policies now, before an indelible precedent is set.
